Profile Java developer since 2001. Experience with JSP, Java, DHTML, Javascript, Actionscript, and online video. Experience Webdeveloper / WebDesigner / Java Programmer, JPMorgan REtirement plan services, Kansas city missouri 2005-present Currently acting as multi-media programmer and webpage designer. Responsible for interacting with the programmers and providing them with page construction documentation. Also responsible for providing the more “complicated” Javascript / Actionscript for the site, including Ajax and JQuery implementations. Designed and built www.jpmorgandemos.com, allowing sales personnel to build static representations of www.retireonline.com for demonstration purposes to potential clients. The completed demonstrations had to be able to simulate all the jsp logic of the site within the confines of the client browser without network access. The application was such a success I was awarded the “Optimization of Process” award for 2007. Constructed www.rpssalesfunnel.com, allowing sales personnel to upload documents and presentations for ease of collaboration. Designed and built several Flash calculators, questionnaires, and sales marketing video players. The calculators used xml based FusionChart technology to show before and after situations of different retirement scenarios. Responsible for the implementation of streaming video for educational materials. Recently passed the “Final Cut Pro” certification exam, for the creation of online video presentations. Currently taking a “Video Production” class to learn about basic lighting and video production techniques for application to the web. Software used: Eclipse, RAD, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3, FusionCharts, Dreamweaver CS3, Flash CS3, Final Cut Pro 6, Apple Motion 3, Vue 6, Swift3D, Lightwave. Webdeveloper / Java programmer, Nations holding company, Overland Park kansas 2000-2005 Responsible for maintaining java application that received orders via xml from external clients. Application ran on JRun webserver, using Castor for the xml parsing. Application responsible for calling appropriate stored procedures for database interaction. Designed the Nations Holding Companies 'marketing' websites. Websites used Flash, Generator, ColdFusion, Java, and MS SQL Server. Website information dynamically displayed from Microsoft SQL Server 2000 using ColdFusion 5.0 and Java JDBC. Built interfaces for users to update website information dynamically via administration pages. Worked as team member on large ColdFusion project using the fusebox architecture. (http://www.fusebox.org) . My part of the project was record inserts and updates using MS SQL 2000 store procedures, and implementing graphical layouts as provided by in house graphics designer. PLC Programmer / Industrial Controls / Website Management - Big W Industries 1998-2000 Designed and maintained company website. Construction included production of digital movies for product demonstration. Performed major "facelift" of website using Flash 4.0.
Only Programmer on staff - responsible for all industrial controls and all computer programming. Included HTML and Java scripting for web site construction and management, Visual Basic and Visual C++ programming, Database management, and assembler programming for machinery.
Took over programming tasks from German engineer. First task was to reverse-engineer German written program into English and modify to new product specifications.
All machinery programmed to operate as independent of human intervention as possible, with programmed machinery making decisions based upon existing conditions in the plant.
Experienced with Mitsubishi and Siemens Logic Controllers and Graphical "Human/Machine Interface" Units. Logic Controllers most familiar with: Mitsubishi FX2n and A series. Performed all documentation of machinery speci fications and wrote operation manuals.
